Gifting questions

When do I need to order for Christmas delivery?

Order ramps by December 9 for Christmas delivery. Airbag landers ship from our partner facility in 3–5 business days, so order those a few days earlier. Gift certificates are emailed, so they make a great last-minute gift.

The clinic isn’t until spring. What do I give on the day?

Every gift certificate comes as a printable certificate with a unique code. Print it, wrap it, and they can book any clinic date when they’re ready.

Can a gift certificate be used for gear, not just clinics?

Yes. Ninja gift certificates work for any Ninja clinic or product, and they never expire.

What if the gift isn’t quite right?Return any unused ramp or accessory in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is paid by the customer and the original shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
How fast does it ship?Most orders ship within 1 business day via FedEx or UPS and arrive in 5–10 business days. Orders over $199 ship free.
