Which clinic is right for me?

Brand new to mountain biking? Start with Fundamental Skills. Want to get airborne, take a Jumping Clinic. For the fastest improvement, book a 2-Day Skills Camp. The 30-second quiz will point you to the right one.

Can I bring my eBike to a clinic?

Yes, at most locations. Every clinic date shows an “eBikes OK” badge where eBikes are allowed, and our eBike-friendly locations page lists them all by state. Trail rules are set by each venue, so check the badge before you book.

What if I can’t make my clinic date?

Add Ninja Event Insurance at checkout. With it, you can cancel up to 48 hours before your event and receive full credit toward a future clinic. Without it, or within 48 hours, our standard cancellation policy applies.

How fast do ramps ship?

Orders over $199 ship free. USA orders arrive in 3–5 business days via FedEx or UPS. International rates and times vary.

How hard is ramp assembly?

Most Ninja ramps assemble in 3–5 minutes with the included instructions.

Can I return a ramp?

Yes. Return undamaged products within 30 days for a full refund. Contact customer service for a free prepaid return label.
