3 days before your event, on the Event Information page. We’ll email you a reminder too.

How fast do orders ship?

Most orders ship within 1 business day via FedEx or UPS. Most orders arrive in 5–10 business days after they ship.

Can I cancel my clinic?

With Event Insurance, cancel up to 48 hours before for a 100% credit. Without it, see our cancellation table.

Where do I send a return?

Email us first so we can send next steps. Returns go to Ninja MTB Returns, 4120 Washburn Way, Klamath Falls, OR 97603.
