Ramps & accessories
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Ninja ramp or accessory, return it for a refund or exchange it for another product, similar or not, within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You pay the return shipping.
- The original shipping cost isn’t refundable and is deducted from your refund.
Something arrived damaged or isn’t working? Email us a photo and we’ll make it right. Defects are covered by our 2-year warranty.
Knee & elbow pads
- Return unused pads within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Returns are free. Contact us and we’ll email you a return label.
- We can’t do exchanges right now. Need a different size? Place a new order for the right size and return the original pair.
- All Ninja pads come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Apparel
Not convinced it’s the crispiest gear ever? Send back unworn, unwashed apparel for a refund. No mud, blood, limbs or boulders, please.
- Contact us for a return shipping label.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, minus a $6 shipping and handling fee.

Clinic & camp changes
Ninja Event Insurance
Event Insurance is offered at checkout. With it, you can cancel up to 48 hours before your event starts and get a 100% credit toward a future event. You must add it at checkout to be covered.
A credit isn’t a refund. It lets you attend the same type of event in the future, it never expires, and it works anywhere we teach.

Weather
We do our best to run clinics rain or shine. If conditions are unsafe, trails are closed, or riding would damage the trails, we’ll reschedule your event (depending on the season) and/or give you a transfer credit you can use at any future Ninja event nationwide. We’ll give you as much notice as we can.
PMBIA instructor courses
PMBIA courses have their own terms because they need minimum numbers, trail permits and traveling course staff.
Booking and confirmation
Full payment is due when you register. Courses need minimum numbers to run, so registering doesn’t confirm the course will run. Please don’t make travel plans until your course is confirmed; PMBIA isn’t responsible for travel costs. We’ll contact you at least 2 weeks before the start date if numbers look low. If a course doesn’t run, you’ll be offered a transfer to another course or a full refund.
Cancellations
Cancel 15 days or more before the start date for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date aren’t refunded. Not attending doesn’t count as a withdrawal and means 100% loss of payment.
Changing your registration
Where possible, changes made 15 days or more before the start date carry a 15% administration fee. Changing a registration makes it non-refundable, and the change must happen within the same calendar year.
Injury or illness
Contact info@pmbia.bike as soon as possible before your course starts. If you contact us before the course and send a doctor’s note within 5 business days, you’re eligible for a 50% refund. Please take it easy before your course so you show up healthy and ready.
Weather and other cancellations by PMBIA
PMBIA may cancel for bad weather, low bookings or events outside our control. In that case we’ll arrange new dates or give you a full refund.
Waiver
Every participant signs a Release of Liability waiver before the course starts.
Questions
Can I exchange my ramp for a different one?
Yes. Unused ramps and accessories in their original packaging can be exchanged for another product within 30 days of purchase.
My clinic is coming up and I can’t make it. What are my options?
If you added Event Insurance, cancel at least 48 hours before the start for a 100% credit. Without insurance, see the table above. Email support@ridelikeaninja.com and we’ll help you pick a new date.
Do event credits expire?
No. Ninja credits never expire and work anywhere we teach.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Email us a photo and your order number and we’ll make it right. Defects are covered by our 2-year warranty.
