When your order ships
- Most orders ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day.
- We ship with FedEx or UPS, and you’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive in 5–10 business days after they ship, depending on where you live.
Orders with more than one item may ship from different locations and arrive separately. Don’t fret! All your ramps, accessories, hopes and dreams will be on your doorstep shortly.
Shipping times are estimates. Ninja isn’t responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, alien invasions, severe weather or other carrier (pigeon) delays once your order leaves the shop.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes. Enter the shipping address at checkout. It’s a great way to send a ramp straight to the rider as a gift.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
Orders with more than one item can ship from different locations, so packages may arrive on different days. Each one has its own tracking.
