WARRANTY

At Ninja MTB, we value our customers and want to build long-term relationships with them. That’s why we do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction with our products and the support you receive from us.

All of our Ninja MTB Hopper products come with a 2-year Limited Manufacturers Warranty. This means that we guarantee our products to be free from defects due to flaws in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase.

In addition to the warranty, we offer Lifetime Support for our products. If you have any issues or need to order replacement parts, just contact us through support@ridelikeaninja.com. We’ll be happy to help.

Please note that the warranty is limited to appropriate transportation and recreational use. Misuse of the products will void the warranty, and the warranty does not cover normal “wear and tear” or damage, failure, or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage, consumer abuse, or neglect.

Our products are intended for use with mountain bikes and BMX bikes. Please do not use them with heavy vehicles like motorcycles (unless specified in the product description), go-carts, snowmobiles, or other types of vehicles. They should also not be used with scooters, skateboards, or other types of equipment unless placed on a hard surface. Using our products in these ways can result in damage to the product and serious injury to the user.

Please be careful and use our products responsibly. Always evaluate your skills and wear a helmet when using ramps.
