The bike stand is quality construction and sturdy enough for my full suspension 29er. The customer service at Ninja MTB is exceptional. I originally purchased four stands and, sadly, none of them were able to be set up properly due to a manufacturing defect (a new vendor, apparently). Upon calling customer service they, without question, apologized and had me ship them back at no expense for a full refund. More so, they sent me a free stand to prove the quality and craftsmanship.
