Mountain Bike Youth Summer Camp

NINJA GOES TO SUMMER CAMP!

  

Join Ninja, Camp Jorn YMCA and WinMan Trails for a week of mountain biking skills development and summer camp awesomeness.  When not pedaling in the skills area at Camp Jorn or around the sweet singletrack at WinMan Trails, campers will be taking advantage of all the summer camp activities Camp Jorn has to offer – tubing, canoeing, archery, cabin challenges, campfires, arts and crafts, and lots more!

Mountain biking skills covered at camp may include:

Mountain Bike Program Campers will spend mornings participating in regular activities with their cabin at Camp Jorn and then head to the WinMan trails to develop their riding skills with certified Ninja Instructors in the afternoons. They will also learn trail building skills from WinMan staff.

Camp Jorn is a 65 year old independent, accredited, co-ed summer camp that sits on the pristine Rest Lak, complete with a bike skills area!

Just down the road from Camp Jorn is The WinMan Trails, a four-season silent sports area featuring mountain biking, fat biking, xc skiing and snowshoeing located three miles north of Camp in the town of Winchester, WI.

Campers must provide their own bikes.  Bike rentals are available locally and through the WinMan Trails. Please call WinMan to reserve a bike in advance.

    1. Hey Samatha, looks like you stumbled upon an older post! This was actually from a 2018 program. We do have lots of half day Kids Clinic on the schedule for 2023 around the country!

After camp, you will see an immediate improvement in your riding and a boost in confidence on technical trails. You will be able to tackle rougher terrain and corners with greater control and flow through singletrack, switchbacks, and berms with more speed and efficiency.
