Super breathable and surprisingly comfortable! I’ve tried a lot of pads over the years, these really standout.

As I said for the Speed King elbow pads which I also bought, I also love these babies. Again, like the elbow pads, these are lightweight, breathable and have nice beefy armor. The armor is removable for cleaning which I really like. The elastic band fits me very well (I’ve got curvy thighs and am petite) and bought the small/medium. They don’t slip down or give me gross muffin thigh tops which is rare!!! They are also holding up to wearing on some hot days very comfortably. I have 2 other brand armor knee pad sets and these have now become my go-to’s. Thanks Ninja!

I love these pads! As someone who has expensive pads I never use because they don’t fit well, are too bulky and are uncomfortable I want to say thanks, Ninja! Finally, a lightweight pad for everyday use that I (literally) forget I have on. I love these pads so much I just purchased the elbow pads. I am 5’2″, 120 lbs and the s/m size fits great. Highly recommend these pads!

These Speed Kings are great… comfort and confidence, you forget you are wearing them but you know they are there… EXACTLY what you want in your pads/protection!!! I have an extensive ‘collection’ of knee and elbow pads, these are now my go-to pads for my rides!

Super comfortable protection stays where you want it to. I’m 5′ 6″, but not petite, so the M/L keep the pads up without creating sausage legs.

My first ride and impression with the Speed Kings knee pads – comfy and secure on the knee. The best pads are ones you will wear every ride, no exception. I wasn’t even aware I had them on; no pinching, binding, etc. I have tried numerous pads these are by far the best. Going for the Speed King Elbow next.

I’d previously bought the other style, mistakenly thinking they were the larger ones. One of the team Ninja reached out and not only suggested Allen exchange, but helped with the process. My new knee pads fit much better and I’m happy camper.

    Thank you!

I really like the Speed Kings for flow trail riding and climbing. They are lightweight and breath well. They cover more than other light weight pads I have used.

We are sorry to hear you aren’t 100% stoked on your new pads and would love a chance to make this right for you! It sounds like a smaller size would fit better. Our Customer Support team has reached out via email to offer some solutions, please check your inbox. We look forward to hearing back from you!

I haven’t had a fall yet to test them out. But I can say that while riding with them I don’t notice them at all. Which is exactly as I’d like. They don’t restrict my movement at all, and they stay put on my legs.

i have not used it yet on the trails because i intend to use this pair for summer. however, i tried wearing it all day to break it in and see how un/comfortable it would be. it was not that bad. no irritation on the skin especially the back of my knees where other knee pads bothered me the most. it was getting itchy at first but a little scratching helps and wearing it the rest of the day was fine. i highly recommend this knee pad during summer time which is coming soon… sayonara ninjas!

I’ve been using the Speed King knee pads this year. I can say these are the best knee pads (and elbow pads) I have ever used. I have nothing negative to say about them whatsoever. They are easy to put on/take off, super comfortable, and easy to clean. I’ve taken a few spills with these on. Never so thankful for a piece of gear. They still look new. They are easy to clean: just remove the inserts and throw them in the wash. They also fit great. I used their sizing guide to determine what size I needed. I’m 5’6″ and typically wear ‘medium’ sized gear. Using the sizing guide, I found that I needed XL. Got the XL size and it fits perfect.
I ended up getting these pads because of the great experience I had with the purchase of their Approach mountain bike ramp. The quality of their products are first class. I have two of their ramps and both types of elbow/knee pads and I can say I will continue to use Ninja products. Yes, I’m a fanboy.

Knee pads that are comfortable! Haven’t used them in the summer yet, but on the trail in Phoenix in the winter, don’t know I have them on. Very glad I tried them.
