I want to take this time to personally thank you for helping my family and I resolve the ramp issues addressed from an order last month. You responded to my initial email very quickly, and a new order for ramps was placed and they were delivered promptly to my home just a few days ago.

It was exceedingly generous of you to not only replace the missing pieces from the Boost and the panels from the Approach that were cracked and scuffed up, but to send us an entire set of replacement Approach ramps, Boosts, and even an additional Turbo Kicker ramp at no charge!! Wow, that’s customer service to the extreme. My family and I truly appreciate what you did. You went above and beyond our expectations!!

The good news is that when the replacement ramps arrived, we quickly set everything up in one of our rooms and we were impressed at the quality, construction, and solidness of these awesome ramps. Everything fit like a glove and exceeded our expectations. A true American made product!!

These new ramps will be sure to get plenty of use by my family and our growing circle of mountain bike friends. We will be sure to spread the news about Ninja MTB ramps here in Vermont when the snow eventually melts in Spring and the ramps begin getting daily use. Don’t be surprised if you get orders coming in for ramps, gear, and clinics from people we know that ask us about Ninja MTB products.

Thanks again for your generosity regarding some of the initial concerns we had. The slate has been wiped clean and we will continue to support and recommend Ninja MTB products to our friends!!

    Have a great day,

    Stan
