So far I am really impressed with the Ninja Mach 1. I have built ramps in the past but I wanted something that was portable so I could take it to the park and setup to practice various landings. It assembles quickly once you get the hang of it and is really stable. I would definitely purchase again.
The bike stand is quality construction and sturdy enough for my full suspension 29er. The customer service at Ninja MTB is exceptional. I originally purchased four stands and, sadly, none of them were able to be set up properly due to a manufacturing defect (a new vendor, apparently). Upon calling customer service they, without question, apologized and had me ship them back at no expense for a full refund. More so, they sent me a free stand to prove the quality and craftsmanship. They went far beyond any reasonable expectation for good customer service. Thank you, Ninja MTB!
