We value your business and know how much you want to get out and improve your mountain biking skills. We want to get out and ride with you, too! The safety of our participants and instructors is of utmost importance to us and we are working diligently to maintain the best course of action.

Clinic Precautions

All of our clinics across the country are following local guidelines for COVID-19 (including any orders regarding face coverings, social distancing, group size restrictions, etc.). In addition, our instructors have been educated on industry standard COVID-19 guidelines as published by BICP and PMBIA. We ask that participants be informed as to any local COVID-19 restrictions that may apply to travel to and from the event. Lastly, we require the following of both participants and instructors:

• If you are sick, stay home.
• Please have a face cover accessible on you or in your pack (E.g. mask, bandana, buff) for any circumstance where a 6 foot distance can not be maintained (first aid scenarios, check-in, taking shelter from rain, etc.)
• We recommend carrying a small bottle of hand sanitizer in your pack.

Discounted Event Insurance

As we navigate through these uncertain times, we have made changes to our policies to better support you, our customer. Event insurance is available to purchase at a discounted rate at checkout. This will give you the ability to cancel your registration up to 48 hours before your event, for any reason, and still receive a full transfer credit to any upcoming event of the same type at any point in the future.

Event Changes

We are working hard to run our events as scheduled and doing everything in our power to avoid last minute changes. Because of ever changing restrictions, court rulings and phased openings related to COVID19, we may need to make last minute event changes, and in some circumstances, we may need to postpone events. We are in regular communication with our park and permitting contacts and are doing everything we can to responsibly get out on the trails with you. We will email and text registered participants with any changes to events, should they arise.

In the event we postpone an event as a result of COVID-19, all event participants will receive a full transfer credit that can be used to attend a future Ninja clinic of the same type at any of our 40+ clinic locations across the country. Transfer credits will never expire and if you purchased the event insurance with your initial order, this coverage will automatically carry over to your transfer.
